Built cross-functional teams and delivery systems under intense investor and certification pressure, laying foundations for the electric regional air mobility sector.• Power Gearbox Program, Rolls-Royce: Led concept to test delivery of next-gen propulsion architecture. Secured key IP and enabled major fuel burn improvements for future jet engines.• Technical Assistant to Rolls-Royce CTO: Contributed to company-wide technology and innovation strategy. Supported executive communications and launched a flagship open innovation initiative in Japan.
