About Andy Wallace
I help organizations navigate complexity by designing operating models that create clarity, alignment, and momentum at scale. In my current role as a Senior Solutions Engineer in the real estate and construction lending industry, I work with executive leaders and operational teams at banks and credit unions to modernize some of the most complex workflows in financial services. Construction lending sits at the intersection of risk, regulation, operations, and human judgment—and scaling it successfully requires more than tools. It requires clear systems, shared understanding, and disciplined execution. My background spans enablement, solutions engineering, and change leadership, and my impact has consistently come from shaping how teams understand problems, make decisions, and adopt new ways of working. I’ve led and influenced large-scale enablement and adoption efforts supporting organizations with thousands of employees, helping translate strategy into execution and driving measurable improvements in engagement, adoption, and operational performance.A defining strength of mine is the ability to take abstract, ambiguous problems and turn them into concrete operating models that teams can rally around. I don’t just clarify what needs to change—I help leaders see how change can be implemented sustainably, without overloading teams or increasing risk.More recently, my work has focused on applied AI and automation within operational lending environments. I approach AI as an organizational capability, not a feature—designing ways it can support decision-making, reduce cognitive load, and improve consistency across teams while preserving human accountability.I’m often brought in when teams are scaling, reorganizing, or rethinking how work gets done. I’m comfortable partnering with executive leadership, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and asking the questions that surface constraints early—before they become operational or risk issues.I’m motivated by building systems that outlast individual contributors, enabling teams to operate with clarity and confidence even as complexity or scale increase.
