We work with the business and conduct user interviews to discover needs/product value. I then create a prototype(s) that is refined through working with our Developers and Product Owner. I facilitate weekly design/dev sessions to keep our team up-to-date. I use Adobe XD, Miro, JIRA, and Microsoft Applications. Outside of my team’s projects, I assist with our UX CoP (Community of Practice) planning, facilitation, and onboarding.
