My companies and myself share 3 core values - be creative, make high quality stuff. and try to be a positive voice.I worked in UK mainstream youth radio for 18 years (BBC Radio 1 and Capital) having some real cut-through success with Movies and Gaming content in particular. Next I was a stay-at-home Dad for a year, then started my own company (Bwlb) here in Cardiff, Wales, UK. From Bwlb\'s involvement with Research, Development and Innovation sprung Accordion, a new piece of tech that lets users take control of the duration of content. Accordion\'s potential and growth has led to the formation of a separate company - Accordion Innovation Ltd - which I head up too.
