About Andy Tang

Prior to PwC, Andy was an Associate with Alvarez & Marsal (A&M). In this role, he gained extensive experience in the healthcare industry working with providers and payers, including hospitals, health systems, clinics, and health plans. Areas of expertise include financial and data analytics, turnaround, project management, strategy, and process improvement.Prior to joining A&M, Andy served as a Consultant for GE Healthcare. In this role, he was responsible for a number of engagements involving financial and data analysis including, initial data request, analysis of data and presentation of findings. Additionally, Andy has experience in identifying gaps and creating maps for process improvement initiatives. His notable engagements include, bundled payments, business and fair market valuations, commercial payer analysis, debt sensitivity analysis, and physician productivity assessment. Andy received his Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
