I am an experienced chemical engineer with a postgraduate MBA and over 20 years of experience across many organisational functions. I have successfully worked in both technical and commercial roles within, and as a supplier to the Pharmaceutical, Nutritional, Chemical and Water industries. I have provided technical sales support on the ground to teams in South America, Europe and Asia. I have also provided Product Quality, Health and Safety, and Asset Management guidance within clean water and pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Throughout my career I have been committed to personal and professional development and have always had a strong focus on working for customers, both within and outside my organisation. I completed a Postgraduate MBA with the Open University and I have continued my technical development in engineering, design and quality management practice through regularly attending courses and seminars. I have also facilitated others in their CPD by volunteering as an IChemE local committee member in both West Yorkshire and The Humber, arranging site visits, networking events and technical seminars on various topics for IChemE members.
