External or internal customers need to be heard and understood before a solution set is presented. I prefer to offer agnostic solutions that fit into an overall business strategy instead of driving box ‘X’ from OEM ‘Y’ when it’s not an ideal fit. Personal GoalsTo provide my customers tangible objectives and results through the use of sound Identity, Cyber Security Information Technology practices and ideas. While I\'m firmly planted in technology, I actually enjoy people more than technical work and while I have a strong technical background with almost three decades of technical experience, my goal and desire is to leverage that history to produce tangible & financial business outcomes by enabling customers to do what they love while I do as well. I have no problem digging technically but that is rarely the end goal when I talk to people. Personal PhilosophyIt’s an interesting time to be in cyber security. Identity is the boundary and ease\\speed of adoption & use drive everything. If it\'s not efficient, easy to care for and integrate into an existing technical landscape, it\'s not worth it no matter the cost.
