My team is made up of subject matter experts who advise CxOs on Infrastructure and Service Management transformation including Cloud, SIAM, Governance and Target Operating Model. The team I lead provides trusted top-down advice to CIOs and IT leaders facing challenges in getting the most out of their IT Infrastructure and Operations capabilities. We specialize in developing new IT Operating Models and creating the transformation plans and blueprints to transition from current mode of operation to an optimised and transformed service delivery organisation.I am the Global Capability Lead or IT Operating Model transformation that helps clients is to understand business needs, priorities and constraints, then translate these into well defined executable transformation plans. Examples of what we do includes trusted advice and strategy to CIOs and heads of department, IT Operating Model design including the transformation activities required, designing an organisations people, process, technology and governance capabilities that are critical to success implementation of strategy. Within Atos UK & I, I lead the professional home for client side advisory on Blockchain, Infrastructure and IT Operational Excellence, including Service Integration and Management (SIAM) and Cloud Service Integration and IT Operating Model design and implementation
