Managing new & existing clients to deliver scalable IT retail solutions and guide them through EPOS, payment provision, AV media and service support solutions to best serve their business. • Responsible for the engagement and management of an exclusive international retailer opening their flagship store in Knightsbridge• The brief included business analysis of the requirements and the design of both the operational processes and IT architecture• A full design, evaluation and installation of the EPOS hardware and customised software systems to meet requirements including Inventory Management and Auto Replenishment• Integrated payment solution including all foreign methods including China Union, AliPay, WeChat, Apple & Google Pay• Design of a secure network architecture to enable the scalability of the chosen EPOS and audio visual systems to be adopted by the additional 6 planned global stores via a cloud solution• Deliver an integrated audio visual system using various media sources to specific timings across multiple instore zones• Designed a full Reporting Portfolio for Store, Senior Management and external UK & International Accounting• Complete User Acceptance Testing and sign off on all the requirements• Training of management and staff across all supplied services including the EPOS and Reporting software
