ABOUT ANDY ROBBINS

Hey, I\'m Andy, I founded Oyster, the Portland based leadership development company after a 25 year career at Intel in a variety of leadership roles. At Oyster, we work with leaders to improve their performance and deliver better results. After working with us for a year, one major client achieved their \'best results in over a decade\'. We believe each client is unique, and we design programs to help each client achieve their best results. When I am not coaching and teaching leaders, I can be found watching a soccer match or exploring Portland\'s breweries to find my next favorite beer. I grew up with soccer in England and the Portland Timbers provide me and my two sons with the opportunity to share our passion. It also leads to many spirited debates in our household. My love of beer has inspired me and a group of friends including my lovely wife Sue, to take up a mission to visit all of Portland\'s breweries. We\'ve visited more than 50 but the list keeps growing…Curious to learn more? Here are 3 things most people probably don\'t know about me… • I am an occasional photographer and spent time in Africa with remote tribespeople. They are truly amazing people! • If you see me getting excited about mountains and rocks, I blame it on my geology undergrad degree • I was a member of one of the winning Hood to Coast relay teams (when my knees were up to the task)Let\'s connect! I look forward to learning about you.
