With more than 25 years\' experience in the technology space (I know, who\'d have thought with this fresh face), I\'ve bottled my experiences from across Warehouse Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Integrations Platform and eCommerce Agency Delivery into Cogent2.Partnering with retailers and brands to help them optimise and improve their operational systems and processes through a range of engagements; from one-off reviews and projects, through to ongoing retainers.My range of experiences on the vendor and platform side of things, the huge number of brands I\'ve collaborated with successfully over the years, coupled with my time in-house on the brand side, give me a unique perspective and approach to supporting our clients. The key being to be able to empathise with the operators and teams that drive them to ensure that the process and system improvements we recommend help, rather than hinder.
