I consider myself an all-round dependable developer with over 25 years’ experience. Although over those years I have worked in many areas of software development from database to front end, I mostly enjoy developing user experiences. I consider myself to have excellent design skills and can develop an idea using wireframes or mocks to prototypes and deliver the final solution.I have worked for a selection of diverse companies from game development to banking, from vehicle telemetry to weight loss management, from airport baggage handling to public utility, from desktop to mobile. Much of my experience has been gained using technologies within the Microsoft stack, such as XAML, UWP, WPF, ASP.NET MVC, and, more recently, Xamarin Forms and MAUI.Although a polyglot developer, C# is my main language of choice, although I am always looking to new languages and technologies, and often work on my own time to further my knowledge in the latest skills that may be required or even just something I’m interested in myself!I am a thoughtful, trustworthy and a persistent problem solver and I feel I can work equally well autonomously or part of a team.
