I currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations and am a member of the Executive Board for the parent holding company that houses a combined 120 team members that serve a national, diverse, and growing customer base. I am also the President of LAMP Metal Trusses, Inc, one of the three core Matandy businesses.My advanced career journey with Lamp began in 2011, when Matandy acquired what was then a bankrupt company with five team members, and I was charged with turning around a struggling operation. I restructured operations, redefined functions, and identified key efficiencies, while significantly reducing costs. Achieving profitability within my first year was just the beginning. Since then, our team has tripled, with record-breaking multimillion-dollar revenue, year over year. My leadership approach is centered around fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration, enabling my team to thrive and succeed in dynamic environments.
