Over 25 years solid Test Management experience gained mainly in Financial Services. • Test Management – Waterfall, V-Model and Agile (Scrum). Strategy and methodology development. Building teams. Managing testing across concurrent projects and test streams. Representation at Executive/Senior management forums. Planning, control and reporting. Strong knowledge of quality metrics, monitoring and control. Comprehensive experience of the full SDLC. • Defect Management – Strategy, Management and Reporting using tools such as Excel, JIRA and HP ALM• Stakeholder Management – Developing relationships. Good communication, organisation and problem solving skills. Able to negotiate and influence when developing test strategy and approach for successful delivery, especially with regards time-to-market vs. quality and risk.• Testing methodologies and techniques – Waterfall, V-Model and Agile (Scrum). Black/White box. Full lifecycle – Systems Testing, Interface/integration, Compatibility, Regression, Parallel, User Acceptance, Performance, Operability, Model Office, Live Proving.
