As a Bid Manager in the strategic sales team, I focus on contracts that will significantly grow the company’s portfolio. I have successfully managed many campaigns for multi-million-pound contracts for new and existing clients. This includes major deals within Justice, Defence and other major Government Departments. My experience includes managing large project teams over long periods of time and managing budgets over £1M+ and bids worth £130M+. Before bid management I was a junior presales consultant; my learning was focussed on Application Management and Content Intelligence. This gave me a crucial understanding for IT system development and design; experience in engaging with clients to understand their requirements; and a view of the positive impacts that our solutions brought to the client and their end customers.
