About Andy Midgette
I was born an engineer. I can recall, at age 3 or 4, routinely disassembling & re-assembling my toys to impress my babysitter. Or pestering my father for a tool at age 5 while he worked on his truck, only to have me drag his newly-liberated fender over to him 15 minutes later. My favorite Lego creations were those of my own design, rather than the prescribed plans; often transforming into other things. I still possess that insatiable curiosity to understand how the world around us is put together, and how I can create and improve upon services, systems, and strategies. I’ve honed that passion over my career into a perpetual drive to provide the best user experience I can; to eliminate the sharp edges and friction in my delivery to customers and find novel ways to simplify the complex to empower progress through technology.
