Principle leadership and co-ordination of all Operations MRP Logistics and Master Schedule Planning within the Programme Management Department. Developing, maintaining, and improving effective technical interfaces between the Commercial, Projects, Design and the Operations departments. Producing, maintaining, and reporting on the Master Production Schedule (MPS), to plan the Operations teams’ long term forward load within the capacity and available resources to meet monthly set budgetary requirements in line with customer production line and maintenance schedules. Defining, analysing, and ultimately resolving a company\'s complex problems, working with statistical software (MRP (Evolution), Excel, Power Query and Business Intelligence) creating measurable reports and models to simulate real-life problems relating to stock and inventory levels, work in progress costs and capacity plans to name a few.
