Manager for Business Analysis teams of the FIS back-office systems (GMI and Ubix) for the Securities, Derivatives and Tax business unit at FIS. The team provides business analysis skills and years of industry knowledge and expertise to ensure the applications continue to be able to support the products offered by the global derivative exchanges.Responsible for overseeing the changes to GMI and Ubix across the global derivatives exchanges and industry. Leaving Warwick University with a Computer Science degree in I went on to gain 14yrs experience working in Listed Derivatives and Cleared OTC technology for Tier 1 Investment Banks. Subsequently I have spent over 7yrs working for FIS on their Derivatives Back-Office solution (GMI).Over my career I have specialized in Business Analysis and now I am the global manager of the GMI and Ubix Business Analysis teams at FIS.My technical background enables me to talk in detail to Business Analysts or Developers but equally I am happy working with management and setting the strategic goals for the team. Given my experience of Tier 1 firms and understanding how they work I am very client focused and am not afraid to challenge the status quo when it is appropriate.
