I found my passion for internal communications after seeing how much more I enjoyed engaging with site-based colleagues than the contract I was helping to tender for at the time! I am driven by the positive impact that internal communications and employee engagement can have on people at all levels. Effective communication engages and empowers people and connects them to their employer and to operational priorities - such an important attribute at any time, but particularly in times of change and uncertainty, and I also gain a lot of personal fulfilment from serving both people and leaders.
