Championing community engagement initiatives for Microsoft\'s educational products, my current role encompasses leading social media strategies and fostering a vibrant educator network. Leading with empathy and being a creative problem solver for customer success. Our collaborative efforts have propelled Microsoft Flip to a 14% YoY growth and elevated Microsoft Math Solver to 1M DAU. The establishment of the global Math Educator Community further underscores our commitment to educational excellence.With a dual role as an Educator Innovation Lead (Professional Development & Global Training), I am dedicated to making learning enriching and accessible, leveraging Flip\'s potential to amplify educator and student voices. My expertise lies in delivering professional development and integrating technology in educational settings, evidenced by the successful management of Flip\'s Certified Educators and Ambassador programs. Our team\'s mission is to empower educators worldwide, translating into meaningful, technology-driven educational experiences. Previously and always an educator, my classroom experience is in both special education within a middle school and then 5th grade math and science which was in the middle school setting as well. Following a dozen years in the classroom, I then was a Digital Learning Coach for my school district leading educators to achieve more with their digital tools and practices in the classroom.
