Andy leads a team of experienced communicators in Public Information Officer and Liaison Officer consulting, training and response support. He also manages software development priorities for Jetty, a digital toolbox for crisis communication.He is a military veteran with more than 20 years of emergency response experience in the U.S. Coast Guard for international, national, regional and local events, and over four years of worldwide response and training activity with The Response Group.Andy has been involved in communications support for diverse events, including major oil and chemical spills and releases, hurricanes and major flooding events, mass casualty incidents, search and rescue activities, international peace keeping efforts, health and safety virus threats, terrorism threats, aircraft crashes, illegal border crossing and drug trafficking as well as communications for many other events of national significance.In addition to leading and supporting communications for these numerous events, Andy has spent more than two decades training hundreds of others in communications best practices, including contributions to the National Response Team Joint Information Center Model.Andy’s accomplishments also include articles, photographs and contributions in media outlets, including Bloomberg, LA Times, NPR, CNN, NBC News, Fox News, CBS News, The Telegraph, Irish Times, Discovery Channel & National Geographic Channel.Andy’s broad expertise also includes technical skills in web design, coding, 3D printing, home automation.

   My team provides worldwide virtual and in-person Jetty software emergency response support and training. We provide improvement feedback to our developers. We provide virtual and in-person PIO and Liaison training and response support and consultation. We build and facilitate exercises and table-top discussions for the JIC and work alongside The Response Group exercise department in full scale and table top exercises. We have a lot of fun!
