   Assumed responsibility for Epsilon Global focused on North America with oversight of LatAm, India, Europe, and APAC accounting teams. Largely continue to perform the tasks associated with previous role while leveraging VP direct reports. • Managed three additional acquisitions and subsequent integrations into Epsilon/Publicis Global. Reshaping the Finance structure in each new and very different business. • Navigate an extensive audit schedule with French parent to address the board’s internal audit, financial management controls audit (EU SOX), and external financial statement audits across multiple practices and lines of business. Remediate findings to conform to IFRS and Internal Publicis Guidance. Message all preparation and findings to company C-Suite leadership. • Seamlessly transitioned from former supervisor’s departure to assuming lone responsibility for Epsilon’s accounting function reporting to Epsilon’s Global CFO. • Reorganized the highly tenured Accounting team to transform the group reporting structure to better centralize leadership while leveraging new shared services partners in Costa Rica, New York, Paris, and India.
