As a Vistage Chair and Coach, I bring together a group of like-minded small business leaders, every other month and create a confidential, safe space built on the foundation of trust. Here we gain diverse perspectives on the issues we face, share our expertise, challenge each other, and importantly hold each other accountable to the actions we commit to.Leaders of small businesses are inspirational innovators and risk takers, they often find themselves tackling critical decisions and challenges, alone. I do what I do because those leaders are too important to too many people to have to face those decisions and challenges on their own. My mission is to eradicate that sense of loneliness whilst empowering them to have the leadership impact and the life they want, with clear purpose and intention.My role is to guide the group on this journey, as well as having monthly coaching sessions with each leader, supporting them to reach the goals, growth and greatness they aspire to achieve.
