getUBetter delivers personalised targeted recovery and prevention self-management support for common musculoskeletal/physiotherapy (MSK) conditions and injuries. The platform provides true self-management that helps patients to trust their recovery and therefore they utilise less healthcare resource. getUBetter is a certified medical device and is deployed in the NHS and Occupational Health. It can be made available to the whole population and be provided wherever a patient interacts with the system e.g. self-referral, primary care, OOH, ED, physio or from work. • Project Management: Management and leadership of multiple projects and the project team. Setting the project controls within an established management process • Change Management: Identification of the changes needed for the adoption of getUBetter technology into client partners and in-app development. Delivery of training and awareness to client partners. • Stakeholder Management: Identify key stakeholders and develop effective engagement strategies and relationships, and ensure take-up levels of service • Risks & Issues: Identify and monitor project risks and issues. Develop mitigating actions and escalate as appropriate • Governance: Provide key reports and support effective governance with clear and regular communication to ensure continual team alignment on delivery status, milestones, risks, and issues. • Performance management: Delivery of the routine post-deployment metrics reports to client partners.
