ABOUT ANDY HOULTBERG

For over 20 years, I’ve led nonprofit organizations and faith-based initiatives focused on advancing social, economic, mental, and spiritual health. As a CEO, my priority is to create environments where both staff and the people we serve can thrive, because healthy workplace culture and person-centered care go hand in hand.My work has taken me into statehouses, city halls, and community boardrooms to advocate for the funding and policy reforms that make essential services possible. I have successfully partnered with legislators, government agencies, and community leaders to expand programs addressing homelessness, mental illness, trauma, incarceration, and poverty.Beyond advocacy, I’ve built strong, mission-driven teams and engaged boards around a shared vision, fostering organizational cultures rooted in dignity, belonging, and shared purpose. I focus on aligning strategy, data, and resources to drive tangible outcomes, helping individuals find stable housing, meaningful work, and renewed hope.At the heart of my leadership is a belief that change is most powerful when it is collaborative. Whether I’m speaking before a state budget committee, building cross-sector partnerships, or coaching staff through challenges, I strive to keep people, their stories, their dignity, and their future at the center of every decision.
