ABOUT ANDY HOPWOOD

Working in the IT industry for over 30 years has provided me many opportunities to help customers and businesses get the most from their IT investment. Having spent the first10 years in software engineering I gained a real world appreciation for the intricacies of design, development, QA, and support of systems. The last 20+ years of the time have been dedicated to implementations in a variety of vertical markets for both small and large, private and publicly listed companies. I have delivered consultancy, managed projects, and more recently led teams responsible for projects across the UK and Northern Europe. My passion now focuses on the challenges of business change and solving the numerous problems associated with introduction of new software to an organisation. Moving to a new system that touches or replaces many process in the organisation is a complex task, but applying skills, techniques and knowledge the benefits can be game-changing and highly rewarding for all involved. My goal is to always to put myself in the customer\'s shoes and help; delivering the best customer service experience and providing the best advice and consulting available on our products.
