Having volunteered with Sussex Police as a Special Constable for ten years, a soldier with the Territorial Army Royal Signals for six years and currently the Sussex District People and Culture lead (previously HR), a member of the Sussex Safeguarding Team, National Wellbeing Support Team Member and one of the Regional Youth Development Officer for St John Ambulance for the South East of England, I have come to value the importance of professionalism, leadership, team work, companionship and supporting others in time of need.
