ABOUT ANDY HARDIE
I am a Forensic Psychotherapist, registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and a Senior Accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I am a passionate and dedicated senior leader and trainer/educator focused on emotional well-being and mental health care for people who need it most. I strive for excellence in service delivery and clinical quality by defining high-quality, robust clinical governance, policy and practice parameters. I help organisations, teams and individuals think about and make sense of challenges that may feel unsolvable, chaotic, distressing or painful. My professional passions include (but are not limited to) influencing mental health treatment pathways and policy; developing flexible approaches to delivering services in complex environments; thinking psychodynamically about organisational dynamics and challenges; driving a culture of compassion, self-awareness and empathy in all sectors; working alongside and consulting with organisations to improve employee wellbeing, and supporting future generations of people in caring roles.
