Enterprise architect. Cybersecurity practitioner. AI governance specialist. Thirty years across New Zealand. I build and fix technology at scale. Five-petabyte migrations, GCSB-certified cloud platforms, architecture practices of 40+, digital capability programmes reaching 600+ people. Government, banking, transport, aviation. Currently at Kāinga Ora designing secure, AI-ready architecture for public housing. Previously at Waka Kotahi, Datacom, Westpac, Air New Zealand, and Novell. AI systems are shifting from tools that respond to tools that act. Governing that shift requires verification, accountability, and architecture at every level.
