ABOUT ANDREW HALLEY

Technology Senior Development Director, Technical Program Manager and Master Facilitator with broad experience and knowledge at the forefront of commercial and scientific R&D. Proven experience of creating and running organisations, teams and sites together with the definition, execution and recovery of technology projects, from start-ups to corporations and academia. Experience in growing and running software, AI, IT, science, wireless and silicon multidisciplinary projects + teams, and implementing strategic change across multi-site organisations. Moving from academia to industry he then developed software for mobile protocol stacks and applications frameworks before switching to running global projects and software teams. These have ranged from cellular and GPS silicon and software to secure communications for emergency services and (full-circle!) into the work of virtualised IT and Cloud infrastructure with Citrix XenServer Development. Recently he has been working with Amazon Teams to improve how humans and computers interact via synthesised speech for Alexa and AWS Polly. He is now the Managing Director and Consultant for Enduring Missions Consulting Ltd - which offers Technology and Management Consulting, training and development. Enduring Missions works with a variety of Clients from starts-ups to SMEs, Governmental organisations (including the MoD and NHS) and international corporations.
