The busines areas i support vary in complexity from small individual teams to multi-site and hybrid contact centres.Agile methodologies and skills are critical, as the business solution is not always known in the early stages. By facilitating a process of iterative development, we can ensure that any solution delivered meets the requirement and definition.I focus on delivering the value at pace into the business and managing senior stakeholders in line with their expectations.
