I work as a Sportivator running fitness events with Nursery/Infant and Primary Schools. These events are run by a company Sports For Schools.My role is to lead the event teaching fitness circuits along side a GB Athlete. Once the circuit has been completed I organize an assembly with the school PE Coordinator, so that the Athlete can run a Presentation/Demo/Q&A session. The objective is for the children to help raise sponsorship through the Sports For Schools event that will enable the school to receive 60% back in to the funding for sports/equipment. There are also incentives for the children and prizes awarded based on what they raise.

Advanced personal trainer qualified to advise and train individuals and groups in a range of disciplines including sports psychology, nutrition, injuries and weight management, and sports rehabilitation. I have 15 years experience working with clients aged 14-70 including athletes, those with disabilities, injuries and who are new to exercise. Many of these receive one-to-one tailored training as well as advice on lifestyle and nutrition.I have also trained groups ranging from disadvantaged schools; netball, rugby and hockey teams and group exercise.As well focussing on helping clients to achieve their goals, I understand the challenges of reaching and maintaining a high level of personal fitness.
