Professionally qualified Senior Project Manager with over twenty years of project management experience. Successfully managed a diverse portfolio of projects for a range of clients from inception to completion utilising multi disciplinary teams. Managed projects using JCT, ICE and NEC3 and 4 forms of contract. Ability to negotiate at all levels to ensure quality is not compromised whilst working within the parameters of time and cost to deliver tangible business benefits. Sector experience includes Transport (Airport and Rail), Banking, Defence, Housing, Retail, Energy, Healthcare, Regeneration and Education. Currently working as Project Manager on the refurbishment of Tate Liverpool which is a JCT Contract incorporating elements of NEC. Also working as an NEC4 Procure 23 Project Manager for the delivery of a Day Case Unit, Breast Care Unit and Community Diagnostics Centre on behalf of the University Hospital of North Midlands. Previously completed an Acute Medical Rapid Assessment Unit as Project Manager.Previously worked for the UK Atomic Energy Authority as a Contract PM in the rollout and management of new framework contracts.Delivery Manager for the rollout of new fibre connections to 380 sites across four Local Authority areas. The majority of the works were undertaken whilst COVID was prevalent adding to the complexity, adaptability and detailed logistics required to successfully deliver the project.Lead PM for the development of the new pier as part of the Manchester Airport Transformation Programme. The pier accommodated eleven fully serviced code C and E aircraft when it opened on programme in 2019. The project was delivered utilising the NEC contract and involved extensive interfaces with other work streams and stakeholders. NEC3 PM for the development of a new build Transport Interchange in Rochdale. and working in the banking sector delivering newbuild, refurb, IT, office rationalisation and restacking, risk mitigation, asbestos abatement and security enhancement work packages.Whilst at F+G, I was the Programme Manager for the largest ever Building Surveying project in the United Kingdom, delivering asset and condition surveys, floorplates and latterly, EPCs on an estate of over properties for Defence Estates.
