Our partners and I now focus on tangible social returns on monetary and personal capital through social finance. While our focus now is small and midsized enterprises, Circinus\' clients have included 12 \"top 20\" banks, as well as int’l bankers, traders, software developers, private investors, NPOs, and govt agencies. Our consultancy has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate finance, business valuation, m/a purchase transaction execution, design-application of business process technology, consumer debt trading, and energy/ tax credit projects. Our work is international- including 15+ years advising the Mexican government on its evolution of tradable mortgage products, and many years of support to govts & UN related microfinance groups in SE Asia. We have experience with systems, law, products and policy in the US, as well as Canada, the UK, Australia, Mexico, many Asian countries, and with Sharia compliant (Islamic) Lending. In 2009, I founded the New England Resident Owned Communities programme @ the Cooperative Development Institute, New England-wide, 501c3 co-op developer. CDI is part of the ROC USA {ROCUSA.ORG} network, supporting co-operative resident ownership of manufactured home communities throughout New England. That program supports homes in 60 communities in 6 states, with $310+mm cumulative project investment. We have assisted 75+ housing coops & 50+ employee coops in their formation, and many dozens in their continuance. Our AracNid series partnerships invest in clean energy thru nature-sol,wind,water,gravity, while Seven Housing funds smart urban redev.
