Working closely with the business owner to develop strategic financial planning to maintain the stability of the company in difficult market conditions. Full responsibility for maintaining accurate accounts and producing management accounts and reports.Training part time towards an AAT accounting qualificationExcel SpecialistWorking closely with a leading provider of sports trading materials, designed and delivered an extensive portfolio of state of the art Excel products addressing various market niches as directed by my client. Products ranged from simple analysis tools to complex simulation tools involved several thousand lines of bespoke VBA code, SQL database integration and some web scraping using third party tools. Currently learning Python.Captain (2019) and latterly Chair of the Board for Littlehampton Golf Club. A voluntary position leading a board of 8 other volunteers with line responsibility for the Club Manager, a full time employee. As a team we have overseen the transformation of the club from a weak financial position to one of stability and increasing strength, whilst almost doubling membership.
