ABOUT ANDREW CHOW
Hi! I\'m Andy - a disc golf enthusiast, a food lover, and music enjoyer. The past couple of years have been a whirlwind of growth, learning, and progress. In 2016 I started out as a Public Health graduate, working for the state university\'s hospital; and somehow ended up completely changing paths to where I am at today: an IT professional. Starting in 2018 as a Service Desk Technician, I quickly picked up the skills needed to become a Jr Systems Administrator, managing O365, on-prem Active Directory, Jamf/Kandji/Okta, and many times also acting as Project Manager/Procurement.Since the end of 2021, I have been working as a Systems Engineer ensuring proper management of our extensive on-prem environment of compute and storage nodes, as well as our footprint in the cloud (Azure, AWS, OCI). I have learned so much regarding Linux administration, different server cluster management softwares (VCenter, Prism Central), and security.I am excited to continue on this journey of never-ending growth!
