Work:I am very loyal, hard-working, committed, experienced and innovative s/w professional who just loves what he does. Likes to do things and make things happen, especially when told \"it\'s just not possible\". Tries to keep things simple and always looks for the obvious, whilst trying to find new ways of doing things that have never been thought of before. Good at taking an idea and developing it, refining it and making it into something great.The best part of what I do though (used to do, to be precise) is showing someone just what can be done (with Auraia and Bellissima) and seeing the look on their face afterwards; this normally ranges from pure unbelief to gob-smacking amazement, typically followed by the question \"Can we have an exclusive\"!Quite happy at working on my own, but by far prefer to work in a group where I can share my passion for and experience in what I do, as well as letting others do what I know I’m not good at. Always willing, sometimes too often willing, to help people with problems.Essentially an engineer at heart, but one who knows and understands from first hand experience that having great ideas and technology is nothing unless you can take it to market, sell it and make a good profit in doing so.Having said all that, I have taken early retirement, partly for health reasons (although that’s not a restriction) and partly due to differing opinions, so no longer work for Hamillroad, but if something really interesting turns up, might be interested in one last hurrah-Personal:Best thing in the world that ever happened to me; that\'s easy - my wife Tina.Relaxes by looking after the garden and veg patch where we grow just about everything there is.Posts regularly on several forums, advising people on the benefits (and drawbacks backs) of solar panels, battery systems and EV’s. Runs regularly, as in 2-3 times a week (5K - PB: 23m 44s, 1/2M - PB: 2h 10m 5s), loves a pint of good old warm English beer and (when not drinking) riding my Honda CB500 motorbike.
