Leading the Tech Refresh goal team, comprising nine agile delivery teams with a blend of permanent and on/offshore partner Engineers and Engineering Managers. Defining and delivering against a rolling modernisation roadmap of major application upgrades, engineering services, and Cloud migrations in a complex, regulated setting. Consistently delivering large volumes of change across Capital One’s UK Data Centre and Public Cloud application estates, whilst remaining well-controlled and PCI-DSS compliant; winners of a ‘Digital Innovation Award’ from one vendor for the re-platforming of their software into AWS. Leading teams through organisational change, such as supporting the transformation from Waterfall to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe); leading the Tribe’s transition from an incumbent a new delivery partner; and goal team reorganisations in line with business needs and new initiatives.
