About Andy Brandel

A seasoned civil engineer by trade, as Senior Vice President at ISG I bring a passion for helping communities and businesses across the U.S. grow and thrive by seizing opportunities in strategic design solutions. While working closely with our business unit leaders on overall direction and growth initiatives, I also help to maintain our client relationships and clear the path for successful project outcomes across multiple disciplines and markets. Additionally, I have oversight of horizontal design services, and play an active role as a member of the operations team focusing on efficiencies and team development initiatives. My experience includes public works, transportation, commercial, education, housing, and sports and recreation projects. With nearly two decades of experience, I believe in a forward-thinking mindset when serving our clients’ needs. Working toward client solutions is a collaborative effort, and I thrive on leading our talented team to ensure that we always offer our best in a timely manner, no matter the size or complexity of the project. While looking through the client’s lens and understanding their needs and perspective, at ISG our goal is to always consider opportunities for innovation and cost savings through creative thinking and alternative analysis.
