Having the honor of enjoying my job immensely and being blessed with a great family has me question often why I have it so good. My experience has allowed for me to develop in areas that I truly have a passion, but I am far from being an expert. The new challenges we face as a growing business through profitability and people growth, continually prove to me I have more to learn. It has become obvious to me that my favorite and most impactful skills include the driving of the business all the way to the development of individuals. The people are my favorite part and the environments I have been put into allows for me to grow in this area each day. Our organization has been blessed this year as being named the #1 place to work in the state of Kentucky as a med size employer, we moved up the list from 47th to 45th largest Insurance broker in the US, and finally we were recognized by Reagan Associates as a Best Practice Agency(putting us in the top 25% of agencies based on our operations).
