Member of the Pipeline Central Management team responsible for current pipeline deals capturing Income, Balance Sheet commitments & deal team tracking with specific duties as follows: Subject Matter Expert for both the front end pipeline tool (DiSCO) & the MicroStartegy reporting tool (Dragon), providing support & guidance for all business users. Independent analysis of pipeline revenue stream covering Capital Markets, regularly attending business pipeline meetings with senior stakeholders to provide support & guidance. Creation & development of complex automated MicroStrategy dashboards & reports, working with the business users to understand their requirements and to implement agreed reports. Proactive involvement in enhancements & UAT relating to the continued upgrade of both the pipeline recording tool (DiSCO) & the reporting tool (MicroStrategy – Dragon). Achievements to date: Creation of Capital Markets weekly forecast report combining P&L, budget & pipeline data, providing year to date & full year forecast versus budget at both a Product & Coverage level plus statistical analytics such as dead & stale pipeline deals. Working alongside CM COO, Finance & Performance Management regularly interact with senior product heads & selected team members to identify & resolve pipeline/forecast issues. Business lead for the major upgrade in the pipeline reporting tool, working closely with Technology in developing the future requirements of the software & active participation in UAT & go-live process. Production of individual & business unit Scorecards & Dashboards providing automatic graphical analysis of pipeline revenues & statistics. Provision of one to one & classroom training for the Pipeline reporting tool (Dragon)
