I am a Director of Williams Training & Consultancy and with over 20 years’ experience of public sector management within both Local Government and Police Services. As a business management and community safety specialist I have delivered bespoke training across a diverse range of business areas including specialist community safety thematic business areas within the private, public and voluntary sectors. Having been a strategic manager working at national, regional and local levels for designing out crime, crime prevention, Anti-social behaviour, restorative justice, safer schools, community engagement, prevent and numerous other areas of business, leading on nationally recognised multi-agency collaborative partnership projects and initiatives across the North west and Cheshire and which have subsequently been adopted as best practice.
