In over 20 years at Sensata and Texas Instruments, I led many successful electro-mechanical new product development projects (in technical and customer-facing roles) spanning a wide range of industries. In parallel, I mentored leaders, developed & delivered technical and business skills workshops, and led university recruiting activities.
