Andy leads technical work and teams within the carbon consulting team at Jacobs. Andy has held many carbon manager roles for complex projects and programmes across nuclear, rail, highways, aviation and the water sector. He has led on the roll out of PAS 2080, whole life carbon assessment and LCA analysis for infrastructure. Andy works widely in Industry, local and national government.He has also delivered detailed costed Net Zero carbon strategies and roadmaps to help clients achieve targets as well as advising on setting appropriate targets and setting up intelligent data management. As a Chartered Waste Manager, he also has experience in circular economy and wider sustainability including offsetting and nature based solutions.
