Providing site level commissioning support reporting directly to the WTG Commissioning Manager. Updating daily ‘WTG Progress Trackers’ and provide updates on site progress and construction forecasts. Monitoring progress and oversee site activities such as commissioning, 240hr reliability test, 500h maintenance, etc. Providing management team with a weekly site commissioning report and attend weekly commissioning meetings. Attendance to all relevant site co-ordination & construction meetings. First point of contact for Vestas on site to assist with co-ordination. Supporting and aligning with WTG HV commissioning regarding safety from the system. Supporting by ensuring that Vestas are aware of all activities performed by control room, reducing risk of claims. Reviewing all Vestas WTG Commissioning Documentation. Supporting SAPs/SCADA commissioning ensuring that they are aware of when/where all activities will be performed for pre-energisation inspections. Conducting Quality walkdowns. Overseeing the commissioning and operation of site activities until takeover is achieved. Assisting Health and Safety / OIM where required.
