I am one of the longest serving Capital Allowances practitioners in the UK, having over 30 years experience in the field. I have had the privilege of working on some of the most iconic and interesting properties during this time. This experience is invaluable in the advice provided on behalf of clients to ensure they get the maximum advantage from the services offered both on transactions and developments of all sizes and types. We have come across all types of ownership structures on all types of properties and have undertaken challenging exercises on extraordinary sites.
