We acquire and develop underperforming assets into relevant and vital properties that benefit the communities they serve. Our culture is entrepreneurial, but our approach to investing is institutional, disciplined, and proven.During my career, I have incorporated my passion for real estate investing with my passion for working with people. Bringing the right team of people together is critical to success. At RockStep, we are selective about our acquisitions and seek investors interested in stable, reliable returns and who are committed to local investment opportunities. Before founding Rock Step, I served as Vice President of Operations for Weiner’s Stores, a chain of 159 family clothing stores in Texas and Louisiana. With a front-row seat, I saw the changing tide in retail, the opportunity in real estate, and investing in smaller towns where local involvement and ownership remain significant to the fabric of the community.
