My primary responsibilities is for Technology Strategy and I’m the digital expert at Asset Insights. Asset Insights is an Asset Performance Management (APM) company that combines decades of engineering and asset management experience with the innovative adoption of digital technology to create unique APM solutions and services. Working alongside my fellow co-founders, we share a passion to build a unique business focused on enabling our clients to derive value and competitive advantage from their assets and data.
ABOUT ANDY WEBB
I’ve built my career from the ground up, starting out as a software developer, ultimately leading an Innovation Team within a FTSE250 Engineering Services organisation responsible for developing APM Solutions, rich data visualisations and technology demonstrators for clients in a range of markets including Defence, Energy, Rail and Automotive. I’m conversant in the technologies that are making advances in asset performance management possible, Cloud Computing, IoT, Mobile, AR/VR to name a few, and am able to apply these technologies intelligently and practically in asset intensive industries. Tech savvy with excellent stakeholder management skills, I adopt a client-centred approach and am as comfy out in the field as I am in the C-suite, recognising the important role people play in creating maximum impact from technology investments.
