Since starting as a coach educator I have trained over coaches. For Boxercise i have delivered over 1200 training courses. I also help (sometimes) as a coach educator for British Athletics.@BoxerciseIn 2023 I was inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame- a great honour indeed.Started Boxercise up in 1992 now with over 5 million participants since 1985 4 Olympic Champions ( 5 Olympic Golds)21 World Champs17 European Champs5 Commonwealth ChampsIn 4 different sports.I\'m not the type to boast so will leave it to others to say whatever they will about me. I started Boxercise back in 92 and seems to have been successful due to the fact its an effective program and we have excellent customer service. It is nothing to do with my non- existent marketing abilities ( being honest!).
