People Technology, Data & Operations Manager with 20+ years’ experience driving HR system design, implementation, and transformation across retail, banking, construction, and financial services.I specialise in optimising HR technology, improving people data quality, and translating workforce data into meaningful insight. My career spans major HR platforms including PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP Payroll, and extensive hands-on delivery of SuccessFactors implementations across three organisations (Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Learning).In the data space, I’ve led initiatives to improve data capture, integrity, and governance—embedding data quality as a business-as-usual discipline while supporting wider transformation programmes.
